Dr. Hawes provides expert medical opinions in forensic pathology. She offers consultations and opinions in criminal matters, for both prosecution and defense, and in civil matters, for both plaintiff and defense. Who is Dr. Hawes?
Dr Amy Hawes has approximately 25 years’ experience in forensic pathology. She received her medical degree at Meharry Medical College, completed residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and completed a fellowship in forensic pathology at the Dade County Medical Examiner’s Office in Miami, Florida. She is certified by the American Board of Pathology in anatomic, clinical, and forensic pathology.
